Google Reviews Challenge Rules

Objective

Earn prizes by collecting verified 4-star and 5-star Google Reviews from clients during the month. The more qualifying reviews you get, the bigger the prize!

Prize Tiers

The Top Performer

The agent with the highest number of qualifying reviews (minimum 4) wins a grand prize of R250 plus an additional R50 for every review above 4.

Example: 6 reviews = R250 + (2 x R50) = R350

The Fast Four

Hit 4 qualifying reviews but someone else gets more than you? You still win R150.

The Triple Threat

Hit 3 qualifying reviews and earn R100.

The Double Duo

Hit 2 qualifying reviews and earn R50.

What Counts as a Qualifying Review?

  • The review must be a 4-star or 5-star Google review.
  • The review must be verified by an admin — no fakes!
  • Only reviews submitted during the current month count.

Monthly Challenge Rules

  • The challenge runs from the 1st to the last day of each month.
  • Each agent submits Google reviews received from clients via the system.
  • All prizes reset at the start of each new month.
  • Multiple agents can win prizes in the same month across different tiers.

Campaign Rules & "The Fine Print"

To keep things fair and ensure our Google and HelloPeter accounts remain in good standing, please note the following:

  1. Authenticity First: Reviews must come from customers talking about their real experience.
  2. Content Standards: Only positive reviews (4 or 5 stars) that specifically mention your name will count toward your tally.
  3. Audit Rights: Tech5 reserves the right to verify the customer account associated with any review. Any evidence of "manufactured" or disingenuous reviews will result in disqualification from the incentive and may lead to internal disciplinary action.

How to Win?

It's simple: at the end of a successful support call or a closed sales deal, just ask!
